Workshop

The workshop looked at exploring negative and positive space in architecture and graphic design. The workshop was held at the architect practice MJP (MacCormac Jamieson Prichard) in Spitafields, London. After a short lecture the architects were asked to create a ‘one page foldy’ where on each spread they explored the themes of tension, harmony and chaos whilst considering elements such as type, image, space, form, scale, hierarchy and spatial arrangement.
